PS Plus Premium users can now access one of the tier’s chunkiest game trial yet. And by chunky, we mean a 10-hour full game trial — no content withheld. For an indefinite period of time, both PS4 and PS5 players can check out 2024’s Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
PS Plus Premium game trials are typically a few hours long
PS Plus Premium game trials usually don’t last longer than a few hours, but Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth isn’t exactly a small game. The main story alone takes more than 55 hours to complete, according to HowLongtoBeat, and players who dabble into some side content can expect an investment of up to 100 hours.
That said, 10 hours is enough to get a taste of the game and its mechanics. Unlike the original Yakuza games, Infinite Wealth features a turn-based combat system, which might not be everyone’s cup of tea.
As a reminder, all save data from game trials — including trophy progress — carry over to the full game, which is currently on discount in the latest PS Store sale.
Infinite Wealth released in January 2024 to positive reviews, and holds an average score of 89/100 on Metacritic for its PS5 version. The game ran into controversy post launch when it emerged that Sega had paywalled New Game+ and more difficulty options.
