How To Refund PS5 Games
First of all, you should acquaint yourself with Sony’s refund policy.

- Head to the Sony refund requests page on its support website and choose ‘Request Refund.’
- You will be asked by the Support Bot if you are the owner of the PlayStation Network account charged for the game. Click ‘Yes.’
