Konami’s Noriaki Okamura Apologises For Lack Of Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater Release Date

The producer of the Metal Gear Solid franchise at Konami has issued an apology to fans eagerly waiting the Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater release date, stating the team are hard at work on the game and to wait a bit longer.

Noriaki Okamura made the comments during the Tokyo Game Show over the weekend, where Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater was out in full force with a gameplay demo and new trailer. He said that Konami doesn’t want to make promises to fans they are unable to keep, and assures players that they are working hard on the game.

Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater may not have a release date yet, but Konami has not been sky in revealing new details on the remake over the past few months. We know that the game will support two graphics modes on PS5, and the company explained why it isn’t marketing Snake Eater as ‘A Hideo Kojima Game.’

As with the original 2004 stealth masterpiece, MGS Delta Snake Eater takes place during the Cold War in the 1960s, and sees Naked Snake (David Hayter) infiltrating a Russia complex to rescue a nuclear scientist.
